Hôtel du Clos Our history, our project …. For years, we have been dreaming of acquiring a boutique hotel where we could share unique moments with unique guests. It is done ! Our meeting with Catherine and Daniel ETTLINGER, passionate about their Michelin starred Clos Saint Pierre restaurant and the Bistro du Clos, convinced us.

For years, we have been dreaming of acquiring a boutique hotel where we could share unique moments with unique guests. It is done !
Our meeting with Catherine and Daniel ETTLINGER, passionate about their Michelin starred Clos Saint Pierre restaurant and the Bistro du Clos, convinced us. We are proud to continue the history of the Hotel du Clos since early 2018 and to be partners.

The Story of its creation

A great opportunity appeared one day in 2008; offer a few bedrooms not far from the restaurant Le Clos Saint Pierre. And so it was at that table during an animated discussion that the project of the Hôtel du Clos became a reality.

The opportunity was perfect to reunite the Masters house; La Bastide, and the sheepfold, La Bergerie, which were all part of the same property in the 19th century. The lower house for the farmer and his family and the upper house for the sheep. It took a good year of work to transform these beautiful buildings into a pretty little hotel with 11 rooms opening in May 2008 and now 12 rooms with the BAIE des ANGES just close to the swimming pool.
Thus today the Hôtel du Clos, situated in the heart of a 5000m² gardens of centenary olive trees and fruit trees, also brings life to the village of Rouret.

Today’s offers

Situated in the Bastide and the Bergerie, both buildings made of dressed stone, with Provençal accents, the rooms are tastefully decorated to preserve the authenticity of the buildings all the while giving access to modern comforts.

The rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, safe, minibar, WIFI connection, telephone, air-conditioning and a television. A turndown service every evening adds to the quality of the services.

The black tiled outdoor swimming pool with its crystal clear water is situated under an olive tree, allowing you to appreciate the calm and relax under the shade of the leaves.

Breakfast, served either in your room, on the terrace or in the dining room is a gourmet start to the day. A real discovery with fresh products

The ideal situation of the Rouret village gives the hotel a strategic position. Only 20 minutes from the International Airport of Nice, 20km from Cannes and 7km from Grasse and Sophia-Antipolis the hotel accomodates touristic clients as it does business travel clients. A large closed and private car park.

The only thing missing was a small bistro to offer a variety of services to our clients. With the Bistro du Clos, it’s done!

Afther 10 years, running the Hotel du Clos, Daniel and Catherine passed hand to Annick and Guy Garnier who decided to keep the spirit of warm welcoming which built the success of this property.

A large closed and private car park with a night watchman allows for a 24h reception service.
