Basile Arnaud, nouveau Chef du Mas Candille Le Bistrot du Mas, nouvelle table décontractée et conviviale, ouverte pour le dîner, sous la houlette du Chef Basile Arnaud Le Mas Candille est un haut lieu d’art culinaire qu’on ne présente plus. Gourmands et gourmets sont séduits par une cuisine savoureuse avec le goût des choses simples et des produits de terroir venant de producteurs locaux.
Le Bistrot du Mas, le nouveau restaurant bistronomique du Mas Candille Le Bistrot du Mas est la nouvelle table du Mas Candille, qui accueille les convives tous les soirs en basse saison (jusqu’au 31 mars) et tous les midis en haute saison (à partir du 1er avril).
Le nouveau Chef de l’établissement, Basile Arnaud, installé depuis de nombreuses années dans la région, propose une cuisine de saison, généreuse et authentique.
La nouvelle carte de Basile Arnaud Le Chef affiche notamment un cromesquis de volaille et foie gras, sauce choron, craquant de poireaux, des escargots en persillade, espuma de crème d’ail, croutons, jambon Ibérique Cinco Jotas.
Notons également deux plats prometteurs sur cette carte d’hiver: Bœuf Wellington, crémeux de patate douce, jus truffé, et le merlu rôti, haricot tarbais, chorizo et moules, émulsion safrané, salade d’herbes folles. Deux choix végétariens sont également suggérés.
Côté desserts, c’est le Chef Pâtissier Olivier Roth, qui propose une carte de classiques revisités avec brio, et recommande notamment son dessert signature, le Saint-Honoré.
La cave du Mas Candille regorge de crus d’exception mais aussi de vins de Provence, de vins biologiques et biodynamiques. Le Chef Sommelier de la maison, Julien Leroux, partage avec plaisir sa passion pour le vin et sublime avec audace l’expérience culinaire.
Le bar du Mas Candille propose également tous les jours une sélection de délicieuses tapas à grignoter au coin du feu ou sur la terrasse, à partir de 14h30 jusqu’à 22h00.
Dès les beaux jours, les tables sont dressées en terrasse, avec une vue imprenable sur Grasse et les Préalpes.

While more of a couples’ retreat, families are welcome. Under 16s are restricted to the family areas, pool, Table tennis and boules are available, as are babysitters, children’s menus and familyfriendly museum visits.
Rooms Originally an old French farmhouse, this boutique hotel has been lovingly renovated to the highest of standards, whilst keeping its wonderful French heritage and roots present throughout.
Accessible rooms for disabled guests are also available. Mas rooms in the Farmhouse, Larger rooms in the Bastide, and Villa suites.
