In the Casa Spadoni restaurants/food outlets you will find all the products created by Molino Spadoni, entrusted to the expert hands of our chefs under the guidance of our Executive Chef Marco Cavallucci **, to prepare both traditional and creative dishes of excellence that fully respect the raw materials and the flavours of Romagna’s quality products.
We like to call it self-sufficient cuisine, because we try to do everything ourselves in our own workshops and factories and then treat the best raw materials and products of Molino Spadoni with care and respect in our restaurants. We carefully oversee the supply chain of everything brought to your table, we know the wheat used in the flour for our pasta, the milk of our cheeses and the feeds given to Mora Romagnola pigs bred by us!
We know how much care is needed to ensure quality produce and we have the experience to provide it!

Casa Spadoni Faenza

A unique dining area recovered from a former silk factory is the beautiful location of Casa Spadoni Faenza: we became enamoured of this surprising place, its walls and its history, and recognized that this would be the ideal setting for the restaurant that best represents Casa Spadoni.
Casa Spadoni Faenza contains a variety of rooms in which to enjoy your meal, each with its own character.

We sought out each piece of furniture to create a perfect whole that would talk of quality, tradition and technology. Alongside Romagna’s classic mixed grill, you can enjoy pan pizza and our chefs prepare both traditional and contemporary dishes of the highest quality in the richly-equipped kitchen.

Casa Spadoni Faenza is also an area destined to contain a variety of cultural initiatives, where our genuine cuisine will be further enriched by the presence of guest chefs, a traditional late-nineteenth century brewery, concerts, shows, and the seat of the Circolo degli Artisti Faentino.

Locanda Spadoni Faenza

Casa Spadoni is hospitality in all its forms. So in addition to our food outlets and restaurants, in Faenza we have added the Locanda, a peaceful inn set in a restored historic farmhouse that has been refurbished with carefully selected period furnishings. Casa Spadoni’s Locanda is strategically located for both business travellers and the more curious and attentive tourists. Throughout their stay, we are on hand to help guests learn about the city, museums, events, historical and tourist itineraries for Faenza, the mediaeval town of Brisighella, and all the beautiful sites in Romagna, from the hills to the sea.
The Locanda has Internet, Wi-Fi, TV and mini bar.

Our breakfasts are really special: you can taste our delicious range of breads, baked cakes, biscuits and focaccia, including gluten-free products. There are alsojams, fresh cheeses and of course our Mora Romagnola cold cuts, all part of our continental breakfast.

Casa Spadoni Ravenna has a magical setting in Ravenna’s historic centre, just in front of the Basilica of San Vitale.

Respect for the site guided and inspired our refurbishment of the location.

We chose the individual pieces of furniture, scouring antique shops and flea markets in order to recreate an atmosphere that evokes our history. The restaurant is cosy and the menu carefully selected.
Only the highest quality, with daily specials, piadina and pan pizza, made with selected flours and mother dough, as well as our range of breads and focaccia.
We offer platters of Mora Romagnola cold cuts and cheeses, salads, but also cocktails.

Casa Spadoni nasce nel 2014, come naturale sviluppo delle molteplici attività del gruppo Molino Spadoni, ed è come se fosse stata pensata, voluta e delineata da lungo tempo. Ci piace chiamarla cucina autarchica, perché cerchiamo di fare tutto da soli nei nostri laboratori, nei nostri stabilimenti e di lavorare sapientemente e con rispetto all’interno dei nostri ristoranti le migliori materie prime e prodotti del Molino Spadoni. Presidiamo la filiera di ciò che portiamo in tavola,
conosciamo il grano delle farine della nostra pasta, il latte dei nostri formaggi e l’alimentazione della Mora Romagnola allevata da noi!
